We live in a time when our inboxes are crowded with messages more than ever, especially if we moved with the service to our own residence and communicate remotely. Many times, we may be overwhelmed by the number of emails we receive, and although our time is limited, we must respond responsibly and clearly, especially when it comes to clients, potential investors, formal meetings, or other impactful situations.
Fortunately, there is a service designed for these moments, in order to save time and increase your efficiency: EmailTree AI is a platform based on Artificial Intelligence that drastically reduces the response time to messages, using hyper automation. What is unique about this software is its ability to analyze the customer’s feelings, to understand what he wants, to detect the intentions behind a message received, to recognize requests for meetings and even answer questions, even complex ones.
The software component of this company allows the user to create an email that could normally take 10-15 minutes in one that requires a maximum of 2-3 minutes. Thus, the individual has more time to solve other types of tasks and problems, especially when they have a high degree of priority and require concentration. Basically, through the EmailTree AI solution, the user only has to check and edit a draft that is automatically generated based on the answers given in the past to similar questions and requests, as well as based on the information that the application has available. Another option is to move through the drag and drop option the blocks of text that appear as suggestions along with the message that the user composes, choosing them as he sees fit. It can adapt the text and information that appears depending on the occasion at any time, but in any case, it is much easier to edit content that already exists.
EmailTree AI can also classify messages into various categories, is able to detect and respond in foreign languages such as English, French, German or Portuguese (their site has a useful list in this regard) and can designate the most appropriate person in a team or department to handle an email request. Being an Artificial Intelligence system, the program learns as it is used and over time it can complete increasingly complex tasks on its own. In this way, the user can focus on other activities that require his attention and has the certainty that a trusted helper takes care of the rest of the tasks that he cannot afford to tackle at that moment “behind the scenes”.
The company was founded in 2003 by Casius Morea, who initially launched an e-commerce platform for download software distribution for companies such as Microsoft, Bitdefender or ESET. Then, in 2015, Casius explains how his team aims to find “solutions to get Customer Service (theirs) to respond faster, with the goal of satisfying end customers and employees in customer service departments.” The main market on which the team operates is in France and Luxembourg, where EmailTree AI services are used to create and send tens of thousands of emails. EmailTree AI became a separate company in 2019.
Interestingly, the product arose from an internal need of the same company, at a point where members of the EmailTree AI team were caught up in a presentation with other customers. A user had requested an antivirus license extension through a bank check, and the software took over the entire task. Not only did it respond to the customer, but the algorithm generated the invoice for the transaction and extended the license. Seeing the potential behind this service and, at the same time, experiencing on their skin what it means to be sure that the problem was solved without their involvement, the EmailTree AI team decided to invest in this service to market it and bring it to everyone.
At this time, the EmailTree AI platform continues to develop and work on new features and integrations for the most used applications dealing with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), but in addition to these plans, the team has already launched in February 2021 the extension using the Google Chrome search engine application. This means that the EmailTree app can be used simultaneously with any other and can handle situations by responding to repeated requests from customers and partners.
At once with the bootcamp period in the InnovX BCR accelerator, we cannot forget the quarantine periods of 2020. As we know, the pandemic negatively affected many businesses, but we can also say that it offered various growth opportunities, arising from the needs of the moment. The hypostasis presented at the beginning of this text, for example, is classified as such a potential situation. In this sense, the EmailTree AI team did not let itself be outdone, their solution becoming more and more sought after. They expanded their horizons, integrating the Microsoft Startup program, signing new technological alliances, this time with UiPath and Automation Anywhere, with the latter also having a sales partnership. They also completed a second round of financing, obtaining a total of 2.2 million Euros. Thus, it is no coincidence that the EmailTree AI team also won first place in the aforementioned acceleration program.
As an Alumni of the InnovX BCR program, Casius Morea says that thanks to the evaluation from the top experts in the project, their potential customers have gained more confidence in the solution brought by EmailTree AI and were curious to try a new product for them, thus signing contracts or offering POC (Proof of Concept) testing environments. In addition, the company had the opportunity to accelerate its partnerships already started with Microsoft and UiPath: “We have been working with them for more than a year, but winning the first place in InnovX BCR allowed us to further develop the integration between technologies offered by Microsoft, UiPath and EmailTree AI. ”
Among the successes that EmailTree AI is proud of is the conclusion of a unique partnership with Orange Luxembourg in 2018, the adoption of EmailTree AI by Webhelp in 2019, the results of the SAMSUNG project in France, obtaining the first place in the category Save Lives in Hack The Crisis, a initiative that encourages solutions to the challenges posed by the pandemic. In addition, the opening of the third research and development center based in Paris is highlighted, as well as an investment of 1.4 million euros at the beginning of this year, in February.
What defines this team is the seriousness with which it approaches the market and the constant desire to improve the user experience. We are confident that the results of EmailTree AI will exceed the expectations of customers and their partners in the future.
