1. What makes your company unique in your industry, and how are you driving innovation in this space?

"DRSSR stands out in the retail industry by combining the physical shopping experience with social interaction. Our unique approach transforms traditional fitting rooms into on-demand spaces where customers can try on clothes while sharing the experience with friends, creating a 'Shopping Party.' Our mission is to reinvent the shopping experience for Gen Z and Millennials, who prioritize social engagement. Unlike competitors who focus solely on online or in-store shopping, DRSSR integrates both worlds, allowing for a seamless blend of sustainability, convenience, and community. Our vision is to create a new retail environment where shopping is a fun, shared experience that reduces return rates and enhances customer satisfaction."

2. What was the most valuable experience or resource you gained during the InnovX European Program?

"Participating in the European Program was a transformative experience for DRSSR. One of the most valuable resources we gained was access to a network of experienced mentors who provided guidance tailored to our specific needs. Their insights helped us refine our business model and better articulate our value proposition. Notably, the feedback we received prompted us to make a significant decision regarding rebranding and renaming our startup. We realized that our value proposition wasn't clearly communicated in our brand identity."

3. Can you highlight a key success story or milestone that your company has achieved since joining the program?

"Since joining the InnovX Program, DRSSR has been motivated to operationalize our concept and is currently organizing our pilot for the on-demand fitting rooms. The insights and feedback from mentors have been invaluable in shaping our approach and ensuring that we are well-prepared for the launch. Additionally, we have secured partnerships with several local fashion brands, enhancing our product range and creating exclusive shopping experiences. Following the program, we made the significant decision to rebrand and rename the startup, ensuring our brand identity clearly reflects our value proposition."

4. What is the biggest challenge in your industry right now, and how is your company positioned to address it?

"One of the biggest challenges in the retail industry today is the high rate of returns associated with online shopping, often exceeding 30%. This issue not only affects retailers' bottom lines but also contributes to environmental waste. DRSSR is uniquely positioned to address this challenge by providing an in-person fitting experience that allows customers to try on clothes before purchasing. By facilitating social engagement through our 'Shopping Party' concept, we encourage informed purchasing decisions, thereby reducing the likelihood of returns. Additionally, our model promotes sustainable shopping habits by emphasizing shared experiences and responsible consumption, aligning with current consumer trends toward sustainability."

5. Looking ahead, what’s your vision for the future of your company and its impact on the world?

"Looking ahead, our vision for DRSSR is to become a leader in social shopping experiences, revolutionizing how people interact with fashion. As first movers in the on-demand fitting room market and owners/inventors of the 'Shopping Party' concept, we aim to expand our presence to multiple cities and collaborate with a diverse range of fashion brands to offer unique, localized experiences. We also aspire to foster a more sustainable retail environment by reducing waste and promoting responsible consumption. By reshaping the shopping experience, we hope to make a positive impact on both consumers and the fashion industry as a whole."
